Shipping

Our Shipping rates are based on product weight or approxiamate cubed weight for that product. The cost of our shipping within Australia is subsidised by us meaning you always get good value on your shipping cost. The total weight is automatically calculated and this can be viewed in your shopping cart before making your final purchase. Overseas orders recieve a 10% GST price reduction and shipping and handling will be calculated based on products and destination. All overseas orders will recieve a shipping quote for confirmation before proceeding with your order.

Shipping is charged within Australia (all weights are calculated in lbs and include GST)

Customers requesting that a delivery is to be left without signing are advised that no delivery insurance or responsibility for the final delivery of your purchase is the responsibility of Moorabbin Pilot Shop and is entirely at your own risk.
We endeavour to have orders shipped on the next working day. However stock fluctuations may cause slight delays, we will contact you if the delay is likely to exceed 48 hours.
We ship via Australia post and choose the best shipping process for us.

How to make a return

Returned products "must" be in its original unused condition with its packaging (in an as new resellable condition) along with a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt, and within 10 days of purchase date.Returns will not be accepted after 10 days unless otherwise advertised. Shipping charges are not refundable. Goods returned (with exception of warranty claims) will be subject to a 10% service fee. If a warranty claim is being made original packaging is not required if unavailable.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Please note that with any product that we provide warranty support the following conditions apply.
ALL Freight charges for returning goods for warranty is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our warranty service is limited and may mean the returning goods to the manufacturer. This is at the expence of the purchaser.
We will provided support that we see as appropriate and reserve the right to direct our customers to the manufacturers for support.
Moorabbin Pilot Shop is not responsible for warranty services and conditions as supplied by our supplier/manufacturer.
